Tensectra is a software engineering education and consultancy company operating at tensectra.com. We are remote-first and Africa-focused, with clients globally. We are the data controller for all personal information collected through this website.

When you submit any form on our website we collect the information you provide. Depending on the form, this includes: full name, email address, company or organisation name, message content, course or service interest, background and experience level (cohort applications), and use case description (product enquiries).
We use ipapi.co to automatically detect your approximate country and city from your IP address when you visit a form page. This pre-fills the location field for convenience. You can change or remove it before submitting. The detected location is submitted with your form response.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This collects pages visited, session duration, device type, browser, approximate geographic location (country/region level), and referring source. Data is aggregated � we do not use it to identify individual users.
Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically collects standard server access logs: IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and access timestamps. This is standard for all web hosting and is used for security and operational purposes.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts servers. When you visit, your browser connects to Google’s servers to download fonts, which may expose your IP address to Google as a technical necessity.

Our website is hosted by Netlify in the United States. Form submissions, analytics data, and other data collected through this website are processed on servers outside Nigeria and outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We rely on the privacy policies and contractual commitments of our respective third-party processors, and on our legitimate business operations for NDPA compliance. If you are an EU resident, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Our services are directed at software developers and enterprise professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact hello@tensectra.com and we will delete it promptly.
